- Information you give us when you fill in an appointment or enquiry form, call, email or message us on WhatsApp: your name, phone number, email address, the treatment you are interested in and any message you write.
- Basic technical data such as your browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies needed for the website to work and for security and performance.
Please do not send detailed medical records through the website forms. We will collect any clinical information we need in person at the clinic.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange, confirm or reschedule appointments.
- To contact you about the treatment you asked about.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or contact us. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you (for example our website host and email provider), and only as needed for those purposes, or where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting appointment, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete them earlier.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent at any time, or raise a concern, by writing to nexusdentalcenter@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

If you are booking for a child, please submit the form as their parent or guardian.
